Jill Flores is Nexus’s primary In-Office Administrator, providing vital support to all the firm’s employees. As the first point of contact for incoming calls and visitors, Jill ensures a welcoming environment for all clients or guests.

In addition to managing daily office activities such as ordering supplies and coordinating services, Jill oversees the upkeep of office spaces and equipment. From organizing common areas to executing bulk mailings to clients, she ensures that the workplace is conducive to productivity and supports the smooth flow of daily operations.

Jill’s role includes assisting with meeting preparation, presentation creation and client service materials. She collaborates closely with the Marketing team, assisting with our newsletter, client events, and other marketing-related tasks. Her contributions play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations and overall success of Nexus.
