Eileen Firth
Senior Client Service Associate
As a Senior Client Service Associate, Eileen Firth focuses on supporting the Wealth Managers and their clients.
Eileen works directly with our Wealth Managers to provide our clients with an exceptional service experience. Applying her well-honed skills and intuitive understanding of clients’ needs and wants, she fields client requests and ensures that administratively they are handled expertly and efficiently. Eileen is an integral part of a broader team that manages client relationships, including our Wealth Planning professionals, whom she supports as she, herself, works towards her CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® (CFP) designation.
Before joining Nexus, Eileen was with another firm in the investment industry providing support to High Net Worth clients and handling various aspects of client and account administration. She has ten years of client service-related experience, four of which have been in the wealth management industry. Eileen has an undergraduate degree with a major in History and minor in Art History, and continues to be an art history buff.
