Julie Crothers

Julie Crothers joined Nexus in 2022 and is part of the client service team responsible for managing the firm’s private client and non-profit relationships.

As Vice President, Client Service & Business Development, Julie focuses on providing our clients with excellent service. She not only advises them on their investment portfolio, but also helps clients reach their financial goals and objectives through wealth planning. As part of the business development team, Julie is responsible for the firm’s continued growth. At Nexus, Julie works with a dedicated team that offers tailored wealth planning and investment management directly to private clients, foundations and endowments.

Before joining Nexus, Julie had over 20 years’ experience at other investment management firms. Her prior senior leadership roles include leading Relationship Management and Client Service teams.

Throughout her career, Julie has been an active member of a number of not-for-profit committees and foundations. She serves as Vice Chair for Youth Employment Services, Past President of the Havergal Old Girls Association and Trustee for the Havergal College Foundation.  She also volunteers with the Portfolio Management Association of Canada (PMAC) for which she was Chair of the Member Services Committee.
