R. Denys Calvin CFA
Vice President, Wealth Manager
Denys Calvin joined Nexus in 2007 and is part of the wealth management team responsible for managing the firm’s private client and non-profit relationships.
As a Vice President & Wealth Manager, Denys focuses on providing our clients with excellent service. He not only advises them on their investment portfolio but also helps clients reach their financial goals and objectives through wealth planning. As part of the business development team, Denys is responsible for the firm’s continued growth. At Nexus, Denys works with a dedicated team that offers tailored wealth planning and investment management directly to private clients, foundations and endowments.
Before joining Nexus, Denys had a long career in a variety of roles at TD Securities and TD Bank raising capital for businesses.
Throughout his career Denys has been involved in various industry associations and external charities. Denys has represented Nexus as a member of the Portfolio Management Association of Canada (PMAC) since 2007, as a Director since 2014, and as the elected Chair of the Board of Directors from 2018 to 2020.
